We are very lucky to have such a bountiful supply of local producers to use. My kitchen team have dedicated their time to our dishes and their presentation. General Manager, Jasie Cracknell, has an abundance of invaluable experience. Her training has seen success in many pubs and restaurants around the country and this is highlighted in her staff training techniques at the Ship Inn.
